But all of these require one thing, creativity. Creativity is the fuel of decision making and problem-solving that ultimately will define your true success in uncertain times.
To succeed, you have to get out there and make something happen, attack the challenge that you and everyone else are facing head-on. That is creative leadership.
Wouldn’t it be great if you were the one who found the winning solution? In order to do that, you need to lead creatively. Take a risk, don’t be afraid to do something different and bold. Don’t stick to the familiar. If you do, you will never stumble upon something new and unexpected. Something could show up that is life-changing.
